History: Mr. Helton ties to LOT go back several years, as he has been a personal friend
and colleague of Mr. Jeffers for more than nine years. Some call it the "F-15 Technical Assistance Database
System (TADS) program connection;" they simply call it a bond of friendship and trust that started years ago.
They both share the same passion and vision… software development.

Experience Summary: Mr. Helton attended undergraduate college, majoring in Physics at the University of
Alabama in Huntsville. He is a software developer and consultant with over sixteen years of experience in all phases of the software
development life-cycle, networks and Database Administration – analysis, architecture design, development, integration, testing,
transition, quality assurance, system/network infrastructure, administration, implementation and maintenance. Mr. Helton is proficient
in process engineering, process management, software/database architecture design, development, implementation, Network Administrator,
Database Administrator and maintenance of client/server in a real-time web distributed environment utilizing relational database systems.
In addition, Mr. Helton experience and knowledge allows him to understand the entire business process and provide quality service and
support to the customer.

Mr. Helton progressed his career and is presently a consultant. His focus is Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) from existing legacy
applications and databases. Integrated platform selection and backbone architecture to function in a real-time web-based environment. Vendor
independent concept and product consulting. Integration concepts with related middleware tools (EAI, networks, portals, application servers).
Business intelligence design and implementation based on proven organization-wide EAI strategy. The integration of older core applications'
business logic and data into modern applications. Scalable connectivity, ensuring legacy integration is not the weak link in the EAI process
chain and service oriented architecture approach to integration needs.

Mr. Helton previously worked for over nine years at Madison Research Corporation as a network technician and web developer. He performed customer
support and resolved help desk support telephone calls; maintained printers and printer supplies; developed and maintained database-driven websites;
developed, implemented and administered enterprise database systems (primarily Oracle); maintained enterprise COTS systems (Deltek Costpoint, Deltek
Time Collection, Expense and Billing); developed value-add web applications and extensions; developed video projects for intra-company use; implemented
and maintained telecommunications equipment. He developed the F-15 Technical Assistance Database System (TADS) prototype and was a consultant for the
software development team in the development of the production system. The successful prototyping of TADS, lead to the development of a production
system. He then progressed his career as the Director of System/Network Administration, Database Administration, Web and Web Portal Development. The
Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Staged Representation, Level 3 was achieved during his tenure.

Prior to Madison Research Corporation, Mr. Helton was employed for over two years at Interlink International, Inc. and Davtronix Computers, Inc.,
as a Computer/Network Technician. He build and repaired personal computers and servers; installed network cable in business and residential buildings;
installed, configured and maintained network operating system software (Novell, Unix and Windows). Configured and maintained wireless network
communication devices.
