Kenneth D. Bembry, Consultant
 
History:   Mr. Bembry ties to LOT go back several years, as he has been a personal friend and colleague of Mr. Jeffers for more than eight years. Some call it the "F-15 Technical Assistance Database System (TADS) program connection;" they simply call it a bond of friendship and trust that started years ago. They both share the same passion and vision… software development.
 
Experience Summary:   Mr. Bembry attended undergraduate college, majoring in Aerospace Engineering at Tuskegee University. He is a software developer with over fifteen years of experience in all phases of the software development life-cycle – analysis, architecture design, development, integration, testing, transition, quality assurance, implementation and maintenance. Mr. Bembry is proficient in mechanical computer-aided design (CAD), process engineering, process management, software architecture design, development, implementation and maintenance of client/server in a real-time web distributed environment utilizing relational database systems. In addition, Mr. Bembry experience and knowledge allows him to understand the entire business process and provide quality service and support to the customer.
 
Mr. Bembry is presently employed at LOUI Consulting Group, Inc., as a senior software developer contractor to the United States Air Force (USAF). For the last two years he performed as the senior software developer for the software maintenance of TADS.
 
Mr. Bembry previously worked for six years at Madison Research Corporation as a software developer and senior engineering designs specialist contractor to the USAF. He then progressed his career as the senior software developer for the software architecture design, development, implementation and maintenance of the F-15 TADS program. The Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Staged Representation, Level 3 was achieved during the development of TADS. Mr. Bembry also performed the re-design and engineering drawings for the following:  F-15 Drill Rig Fixture Drawing Package, C-130 Load Master Seat, C-130 Gunship Air Conditioning System Installation Documentation, Aircraft Beverage Cart Prototype & Design and the 105mm/40mm Machine Gun Mount.
 
Prior to the USAF, Mr. Bembry was employed for over two years at Heatcraft, Inc., as an engineering support specialist. He performed the engineering drawings for the following:  Sister Sherbert's Custom Refrigeration Unit Design and Manufacturing, Denney’s Custom Refrigeration Unit Design and Manufacturing, Brink’s Skating Chiller Unit Design and Manufacturing, Pub Brewery Microbrewery Chiller Design and Manufacturing, Modu-Chill Unit Design and Manufacturing and ASCO-Tecogen Chiller Unit Design and Manufacturing.
