History: Mr. Thompson founded LOT in 2001 having identified the need for an
accounting and auditing service provider, with a focus on providing value-added services for
small, medium-size and emerging businesses in Orlando, FL and the surrounding counties/cities. He founded
the company with a strong commitment to integrity and dedication to excellence in all he and the
company does. Additionally, he continually promotes the dignity and worth of all individuals,
including employees and clients. In 2006 Mr. Thompson expanded the company's offering of services,
creating two new service areas, to include Information Technologies and Engineering & Logistics Support Services.

Experience Summary: Mr. Thompson graduated from the University of Central Florida
where he earned his B.S. degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Florida,
with over sixteen years of experience. He is proficient in compiling financial statements, financial analysis,
financial projections, financial and operational audits, accounting reviews, budgeting, design, development
and implementation of financial information systems, administrative management and process management.
In addition, his experience and knowledge allows him to understand the entire business process and provide
quality service and support to his clients.

Mr. Thompson is the President/CEO and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of LOT.
He directs the organization, which includes multiple divisions to ensure effective and profitable operation
and growth. Guides and directs management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the
organization’s products and services. Formulation and execution of current and long-range objectives. Retains profit
and loss accountability for operations within predetermined guidelines. Development and implementation of operational
plans and policies, and the establishment of controls for operating efficiency and profit reporting. Implements and
coordinates operating practices and procedures to insure effective operations, which meet established objectives.
Accountable to the Board of Directors and shareholders for maximum return on invested capital.

Prior to founding LOT, Mr. Thompson was employed at Starwood, Marriot Vacation Club Florida, City of Sanford
Florida and Disney World. He performed a wide variety of duties including: compiling financial statements,
financial analysis, financial projections, budgeting and personnel management.
